Meet the Coaches

Jennifer Kroshus

Jennifer Kroshus

Jen has over 25 years experience in cheerleading at the rec, youth, middle school, high school and all star levels.  She started her coaching career while in high school.  She was involved with and helped start many all star cheer programs in Minnesota and has provided choreography, clinics and camps to many Minnesota schools/programs.   She spent 10 years involved with the sideline and competition teams at Eagan High School.  After taking a year off to grow a family and move to Farmington, she then partnered with Farmington Community Education and started the Farmington Competition Cheer Team program!

She is Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) certified as a Head Coach, is Red Cross CPR & First Aid certified, American Association of Cheerleading Coaches and Advisors (AACCA) certified, NFHS certified, Stunt I & II and Tumbling certified, and has completed Harassment Prevention training.  She also judges at many local/state competitions and is a Senior Safety Judge for the United States All Star Federation (USASF).

 

Betty OHare
Coach Betty O'Hare

Betty has coached cheerleading for over 27 years, with experience coaching high school (both sideline & competitive), all-star and recreation programs.  Her teams have earned many honors, including State and National titles.  Betty is a classically trained dancer, has danced with the Tri-City Ballet Company, and has  gymnastics training.  She is a Safety Certifier for AACCA, a certified coach with MSHSL, and an NFHS Accredited Interscholastic Coach.  Betty has Red Cross certifications in First Aid and CPR, and is AACCA Safety Certified.  She continues her training with various coaching seminars including the UCA Coaches Programs and USASF Coaches Conventions.  Betty held the position of UPA Regional Director for numerous years and holds judging certifications from USASF, UPA, MCCA, American Championships and AACCA.  She has judged at local, state and national cheerleading and dance events.

Courtney Seegmiller
Courtney Seegmiller

Courtney joined the FCCT Staff in 2014.  Previously, she was the Head Coach for the University of Wyoming Dance Team.  In college she was a member and captain of the University of Wyoming Dance Team and member of the University of Colorado Dance Team.  She also choreographed state and national competition routines for numerous high school teams.  During the day she is a pharmacist.

She is Red Cross CPR & First Aid certified as well as AACCA certified.
