TECHNIQUE & IMPORTANT INFO:
1. Set the weight first. The weight here is how much help you are getting, instead of how much weight you are lifting. To determine the weight lifted, subtract the “help” weight from your body weight. 2. Step up and grip the handles on top (pick any set of handles). 3. Then kneel on the pad (do not sit) and lower yourself down until your arms are straight. 4. Then pull yourself back up to the top, using a pull-up motion. 5. When finished with your set, pull back up, step off with one leg. Keeping the other leg on the pad, slowly let the weight back down the rest of the way.
* IMPORTANT: NEVER get off the kneeling pad, at the bottom. Only step off at the top, after the weight is all the way down. |
