TECHNIQUE & IMPORTANT INFO:
1. This exercise is done using the bottom cable on the Lat Pull-down machine. 2. Reach down and grip the bar with your palms facing up. 3. Stand up with the bar, and lean back slightly (because the cable will be pulling you forward). Keep your lower back tight, and bend your knees slightly. 4. Keeping your elbows in and next to your side, bring your hands all the way up to your shoulders. 5. Then slowly lower until your arms are straight at the bottom, and repeat. 6. Always move through a full range of motion on this exercise.
