TECHNIQUE & IMPORTANT INFO:

 

1. Set the seat height, stand up, grip the handles (with palms facing up), then sit down.

2. Position your elbow right next to the small black pads on the outside (the machine’s axis of rotation).  Your elbows should also be slightly lower than should height.  If not, adjust the seat again.

3. Slowly lower your hands out in front until your arms are almost straight.

4. Then pull all the way up toward your shoulders.
