TECHNIQUE & IMPORTANT INFO:
1. Lie down on the bench. Reach over to one side, hook your arm under the roller and lift up. Then reach over and get the other side up. 2. Next, lower both arms back until you feel a stretch through the chest and shoulders. 3. Then lift the weight all the way up, crossing your arms on the top, so that the rollers touch each other. 4. Lower slowly and repeat.
*HINT: Do not grasp your arms on the top. This takes the tension off the muscle, decreasing the effectiveness of the exercise.
