TECHNIQUE & IMPORTANT INFO:
1. Adjust the seat to the correct height (probably all the way to the top). Your elbows should be at a right angle or 90°. 2. Reach back and get your arm behind one side, pull it up, then reach back a get the other side. 3. Reach both arms back, until you feel a stretch through your chest and shoulders. 4. Then bring the elbows all the way together in front. |
