TECHNIQUE & IMPORTANT INFO:
1. Adjust the seat height to the appropriate position, then sit down. 2. Push down on the foot pad the bring the handles up next to your torso. 3. Grip the handles, then take your feet off the foot pad. 4. Hands, in starting position, should be right below armpit level 5. Push the weight out, lower, then repeat. 6. Always move though the entire range of motion.
* Do NOT press out with your feet when doing this exercise. This is an upper body movement, not a leg press. Keep you feet off the foot pad during the set. |
