TECHNIQUE & IMPORTANT INFO:
1. Adjust the seat to the correct height. 2. Sit down with your feet under the bottom rollers. 3. Adjust to top pads so they are in a comfortable position. 4. Squeeze and contract you abdominal muscles on every rep. 5. Rest your hands on top of your legs. - Do NOT pull or push the top bar. - Do NOT pull on your legs. |
