TECHNIQUE & IMPORTANT INFO:

1. When getting on the seat, step over from behind so that the top roller is behind you.  Your legs go under the front rollers, with your feet on the floor.  If you can’t reach the floor, rest them on the small board under the seat.

2. Cross your arms in front, then lean forward until the weight plates almost touch.  Pause there, then extend back, until your shoulders are in a straight line with your hip joint and knee joint.

3. Lower and repeat.

* Common Error:  Pushing on the pads with your arms.  Keep your hands off, and use the muscles of your lower back.

* Important:  Be sure to use an appropriate weight.  Use caution when picking weights.  Do not use a weight that is too heavy for you.
