TECHNIQUE & IMPORTANT INFO:
1. Sit down in the middle of the seat, facing either side (not out the front of the machine). 2. Cross you feet below. 3. Grip the bars, with your arms resting on the pads. 4. Look through the bars. 5. Keeping your upper body together as one unit, twist and rotate around to the side. 6. Lower slowly as you rotate back again, then repeat. 7. When you are done, switch sides and go in the other direction.
* IMPORTANT: Make sure you keep looking at the bars the whole time. Don’t look straight ahead and swing your arms back and forth. |
