TECHNIQUE & IMPORTANT INFO:
1. Position the leg bars so that they are apart and out wide to the side. If you need to change them, push the lever in toward the machine, and the rotate the wheel until they are brought apart. Move them to a spot slightly farther than your range of motion. 2. Swing the small pads to the inside of the leg bars. You need these to push against. 3. While standing up, push the foot bars together, hold them by the small pads. Then step over them and sit down with your legs on the bars. 4. Slowly let the weight back down until you feel a stretch, then squeeze the legs all the way together, and repeat.
* Important: Be very careful when lowering the weight. Always move in a slow and controlled manner.
