Duo-Poly Leg Press - Nautilus |

|
TECHNIQUE & IMPORTANT INFO:
1. Adjust the seat forward or backward into the proper location. 2. Sit down and place your feet toward the bottom of the foot pads. 3. Press both feet straight out in front. 4. While holding one leg out, bring the other foot in toward your body, then press out. Repeat for the entire set on this leg. 5. Then switch legs, with the other leg holding the weight out, with the reps being performed by the opposite leg.
* Important: keep the “straight” leg is a position that actually has a slight bend. Do NOT lock the knee.
* Common Error: If the weight stack is not going up and down, you aren’t really doing anything. Just switching your legs back and forth without the weight lifting up isn’t doing anything for your leg muscles. |
