TECHNIQUE & IMPORTANT INFO:
1. Sit down on the seat, buckle the seat belt, and pull it tight. This will keep you on the seat when doing the exercise. 2. Lean forward so that your back is away from the seat back. Place your hands on the ends of the bars. 3. Push the weight down until your arms are straight. 4. Let the weight back up again and repeat.
