Lift Total max is the combined total of the clean, back squat, and bench press estimated maxes, based on 6 reps or less with the following percentages: 1 = 100% 2 = 95% 3 = 92.5% 4 = 90% 5 = 87.5% 6 = 85%
Wilks score is based on body weight to compare strength levels between different athletes. The womens Wilks numbers can be found HERE) To calculate the Wilks score, you multiply the max by the Wilks number for the particular body weight. |
