The link below will take you to FeePay. FeePay is used by Farmington Area Public Schools for managing electronic program enrollment and paying online. Through this site you will be able to agree to the 2017-18 iPad Loan Agreement and either enroll in or waive the iPad Protection Plan.

  • If you have more than 2 children currently attending the school district, please add all of them to your FeePay account and email our Finance Department team, finance@farmington.k12.mn.us, prior to adding the iPad Protection Plan to your cart. The iPad Protection Plan enrollment fees have a family maximum cap based upon two student enrollments per family for the type of iPad Protection Plan selected (Full Year coverage, Regular School Year coverage, or combination thereof). Our Finance team will be able to make the adjustment based upon the "full year" iPad Protection Plan family maximum enrollment cost being a $90 and the "regular school year" having a family max cost of $70.
  • If you’ve already made the payment, please email finance@farmington.k12.mn.us for a refund of the amount over $90 if more than 2 children are enrolled for "full year" coverage or $70 for "regular school year" iPad Protection Plan coverage. Please note that a credit card refund cannot happen the same day as the payment and would be refunded the next business day. For other payments, it may take several days to process before a refund can be made.
  • If you receive free or reduced lunch and have applied for and been approved for Educational Benefits for 2017-18, the fee to enroll in the iPad Protection Plan should show as zero. If it does not, please email finance@farmington.k12.mn.us with your name and your children’s name with an explanation that the fees are not showing as zero but you are receiving free or reduced lunches. Please know that the application for Educational Benefits must be completed annually. Once applications have been submitted and approved, the FeePay system will automatically reflect a zero cost for enrollment in the iPad Protection Plan. For this reason, please apply for Educational Benefits before agreeing to the terms of the iPad Loan Agreement. More information as well as applications for Educational Benefits may be found on the Food Services page.
  • If you do not already have a FeePay account you will need to create one. Please have your child's student identification number ready, as it is necessary for creating the account. If you desire further help or instruction, please refer to this guide.
