Responsibilities (Article V, Section 8)
- Formulate policy of the organization
- Set up programs of activities
- Make interim decisions for the local when a full meeting is impractical
- Coordinate activities of FEA with State and National Associations
- Hold regular monthly meetings as set by the board at its first meeting
- Other meetings at the discretion of the president
