iPad First Aid 
When you are having issues with your iPad we would like you to try a few troubleshooting procedures before seeking service. The iPad First Aid page includes common problems that you might be able to solve on your own. Please follow the steps there and see if it solves your problem. If you still have issues with your iPad, please see the information below for summer iPad drop-off service.

iPads must be delivered in person and left with an administrative assistant between the hours of 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday–Thursday (excluding holidays). Please do not leave the iPad unattended. You remain responsible for the iPad until the device is accepted for service. Due to safety concerns around COVID-19, please consider the use of a mask or face covering and bring only those people needed with you to drop off the device.
