Election Day: Tuesday, November 4, 2025
Polls are open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Farmington Area Public Schools residents will vote on an operating levy referendum on November 4, 2025. Below are the key details to help you make your plan to vote.

Absentee & Early Voting
Absentee voting is available now through Monday, Nov. 3, 2025. All Minnesota voters may vote early in person or by mail — no excuse is required.

Direct Balloting (Oct. 17 – Nov. 3)
During this period, you may place your completed ballot directly into a ballot counter at the above locations.
Election Day Voting
Polls are open at the following four locations on Tuesday, Nov. 4, 2025 from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

COMBINED POLLING PLACE – CP1
Rambling River Center (325 Oak Street, Farmington)
Serves all territory in Independent School District No. 192 located in the City of Farmington Precinct 1 and Precinct 6; City of Lakeville Precinct 1; and Eureka Township.
COMBINED POLLING PLACE – CP2
Farmington Lutheran Church (20600 Akin Road, Farmington)
Serves all territory in Independent School District No. 192 located in the City of Farmington Precincts 3 and 4; City of Lakeville Precinct 14 and Precinct 15.
COMBINED POLLING PLACE – CP3
North Trail Elementary (5580 170th Street West, Farmington)
Serves all territory in Independent School District No. 192 located in the City of Farmington Precinct 5; and City of Lakeville Precinct 17.
COMBINED POLLING PLACE – CP4
Church of St. Michaels (22120 Denmark Avenue, Farmington)
Serves all territory in Independent School District No. 192 located in the City of Farmington Precinct 2; Empire, Empire Township, Vermillion Township, Hampton Township and Castle Rock Township.

Voter Eligibility
To vote in Minnesota, you must:
- Be a U.S. citizen
- Be at least 18 years old on Election Day
- Be a resident of Minnesota for 20 days immediately prior to the election
- Not currently be incarcerated for a felony conviction
- Not be under a court order that revokes your right to vote
Voter Registration
You must be registered to vote. Pre-registration is available online or in person up to 21 days before the election (Oct. 15, 2025).
