Our Mission

Our Students
Farmington area students are more than great students - they are great people. The district's curricular and extra-curricular programming support their development as active, vital members of the community.
ISD 192 includes all of the City of Farmington, the City of Empire, a portion of the City of Lakeville, Castle Rock Township, portion of Eureka Township, portion of Vermillion Township, and portion of Hampton Township. The total population within the district is more than 41,000. The student population is approximately 6,500.
Our Staff
Farmington Public Schools employs more than 1000 people, including more than 490 licensed teachers. More than half of our teachers hold masters' or more advanced degrees.
The district’s extensive and innovative staff development program ensures all employees continue to grow professionally, so they can provide the best education possible to our students.
