Evaluation, Planning, Implementation, RefinementInstructional improvement follows a four-fold process of planning for instructional innovation, implementing initial ideas, refining through a process of discovery, and evaluating against aspirations at set points to determine future direction. This model is carried out in different ways and through different processes throughout the district.  We are in the process of converting to Personalized Competency Based Learning.    It is aligned with our district strategic plan and meets the needs of all of our learners.   The improvement cycle also plays out through reflective conversations as part of FATPPS/Q Comp peer-coaching as well as administrative review of teachers and principals.
