Employee Assistance Program

Farmington Area Public Schools offers an Employee Assistance Program to help our staff and their families during difficult times. If you or your family are struggling, please visit this website and enter "Farmington ISD 192" as the organization name.

LIFT (virtual fitness)
LIFT, a virtual fitness program, is available to participants at no additional charge. To use the service, employees would visit the LIFT link on the EAP website, www.niseap.com. Search for your organizations, then on the home page there is a rotating feature image that you can scroll to, to get to the LIFT Program that explains how to sign up. The employee would sign up from that page, take a brief assessment and then build a plan or access tools from there.
