Strategies & Purpose Statements

Strategies describe starting points for system change and serve as platforms for exploration and discovery.  Our strategies take into account our entire community and education system, focusing heavily on people and relationships. Strategic Emergence Teams, composed of staff members, community members, parents, and learners, created purpose statements, which serve to inspire creation of the work to be done. The concepts presented in these strategies and purpose statements are echoed throughout the Strategic Framework, including building meaningful relationships based on trust and respect; serving the needs of all learners equitably; and ensuring continuous growth and meaningful reflection throughout our organization.
